Individual therapy begins by getting to know who you are, and what really matters to you. Together, we will identify circumstances that are causing you difficulty in your life.
Couples Counseling
In Couple therapy, we take a “systemic” focus, meaning that we don’t look to blame either party when things go wrong. Instead, we believe that each person in the couple has at least some responsibility in co-creating the problematic situation.
Marriage Counseling
Marriage Counseling can be helpful in addressing all types of difficulties that come up in a marital relationship. If both, or even just one partner is willing to work on things, relationship changes can and do, take place.
Family Therapy
Although Family Therapy often involves working with two or more people, frequently, only one person in the family is motivated and ready to work on things.
Substance Abuse Counseling
Sometimes we find ourselves using alcohol or other substances or activities to help us cope with life’s difficulties more often than we would like. In some cases, repetitive use can turn into what some call an “addiction”.
